HELP!!! Are there no rights or help out there for the custodial parent??? I am being very seriously harassed and can find NO RIGHTS for me!! I am the father and have custody of my children and now my ex is making my life miserable by calling two or more times a day and just making everything so difficult....  (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

I will relate to what you are saying but a fair warning to you these people wont feel bad because you have custody and to them you are the enemy, just as they have done to me. I have custody of my kids and they have not seen their father in two years, one he was in jail and two he was a very destructive force in our lives. Now I find our names posted on this website saying horrible things about me running off with the kids and such, now when I tried to tell my side of the story people on this message board pretty much told me they didnt beleive me because I dont have case numbers and such. I was in this case just trying to say that I feel bad for anyone going through this but in Joe's case that is not what is happening, beleive me I didn't have one person either beleive what I was saying or feel bad for me as the custodial parent. That must be tough man...Dont be fooled by those who act as allies...At least your Ex knows where the kids are...I know mine are in AZ and thats the extent of it...there are things you can do...that is harrassment...check it out...email me and I will tell you the whole story...take care Joe o2bfree@hotmail.com   (Last changed: February 26, 2006)
