Based on much information that I have read and also on my own experience, the childs education may also play a large role in the custodial decision of the courts. Quality of the education, partental involvement, and the progress and success of the child within the educaitonal system.......   (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

Education does play a role in the custody decisions of the court. My ex wife and her sisters are teachers and their attitudes toward my son make me wonder how they got teaching certificates. My ex mother-in-law, Patricia McManimon, could definitely use some teaching skills. Her alenating conditioning of my son is unconscionable. Her complete lack of any parenting skills is evident in the way she handles my son and her own children. My ex wife once siad she would rather die than have her mother raise our son. That was about a week before her mother "moved in". As a chilod she was alledgedly molesby her father. A normal person would move on and stop the cycle. Not her! And my ex is so dependent on her "family" that she lacks the ability to put an end to their behavior. Word to th ewise...as a child gets older he soaks up more information...eventually he realizes that Osama Bin Nana lied to him. The courts are aware of this and the end is near... walk in beauty... devinsbuddy  (Last changed: February 26, 2006 )
