How to make court listen about PAS?

How do I get my small town court to do something about PSA?  [e.g. PAS]

Mt ex husband and new wife have waged a war of PSA against me. I have batteling them for almost 2 years over custody of my 2 children. They have even called the police and tried to charge me with harressment when I try to call and talk to my ex about thier school. They unplug the phone when I call and they literaly take the phone out of their hands and hang up on my while I am talking to the kids. I have filed motion after motion but I can't get anyone to listen. I was told with this last motion that I needed a Phyc. to back me up. No one in my area has even heard of PSA. Where can I go to find a Phyc in Ohio?   (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

Question: Do you already have a parenting plan where visitation, etc., is covered? If NOT, your best bet would be to see an attorney first. Even with a psychologist to back you up, if you don't have an air-tight parenting plan, the nonsense will continue indefinitely. And as many of us can contest [sic=attest], there are some things even the parenting plan can't control. But it's the biggest piece to maintaining your connection to your children (remember your ex has no conscience so you can't count on that).  (Last changed: February 26, 2006 )

I am going through some of the same things you are. My son's father and new wife continue to play games with my son and I. They frequently call Child Protective Services and lie to them. In fact, recently I am sure they made my son put finger prints on his arms and state that my husband did it. The police got involved and CPS. What a huge nightmare. My child has ADHD & ODD. His father refuses to recognize this and feels that I am the cause of all his troubles. I am not. If anything I have helped my child. I am the parent who has always been there. The parent who got the child help with counselors, psychiatrists, and psychologists. What a mess. I have to go to court later this week and I am afraid I will have to give my son up to his father and his wife. This just kills me. This is my only child and I can't stand to loose him. I just wish the courts would recognize this syndrome and do something about it. I have tried to do something in the courts for so long and nothing happens. I wish you luck. My dearest friend, and i can title u as a friend because we both are living parell lives. My son was taken from me and pst learning about pas I so much pray someone will really listen and know how real it is. They got my baby, I had left his father when I was 3 months with child and knew his reaction. A bit more mature than I he still had not proven to be the man he desires. Note the bedroom does not make you a man or woman. I was accused of having a drug baby, no way... his score was a total 0f 9.99 and 10 is perfect, I breast fed my baby for over a year, yet I was doing drugs, they keep the phone either taped or unplugged, the letters I send, the surprise gets taken out, given to him by his dad, and th e letter of any recognition of me is never ever mentioned. In court, what a hay day. Judge, well he not only had dinners with us but hunted with my ex, so when I many times requested he recuse himself, hahahha, I've been put in jail for stupid trumped up charges then the monies to prove innocence was outrageous, now my precious child still suffers, hates the very person who will die for him,,, I really am getting to the edge, tears fill oceans, night mares fill my nights and sleep is un thought of, i could use a familiar loving caring did the best ya could and still, they got their way- friend, if ya need me 24/7 i'll be here, let's get this out ,, i mean out, my child suffers because my ex and his wife hate me................. help, thanks and May God Bless you and keep you and yours beneath his strong, soft secure wings.............  (Last changed: February 26, 2006)
