My husband went to court and lost his case on every count. The Judge did not want to hear about Parent[al] alienation even though
[the mother] still won't let [the father] see his son (it has been 9 yrs.).
He has to spend 60 days in jail for paying $17,000 ahead! The Judge considered it a gift and ordered him to pay it again and ordered a contempt charge!
The X's best friend knows the Judge well, Judge did not excuse himself from the case for conflict and only heard and sided [with[ the evil mother that alienates the son from his father.
She (the Ex) is one shrewed [sic] attorney. She got a Board certified attorney to represent her, he knows the Judge well. So it is true "it is who you know". There is NO JUSTICE! and the child still suffers. We need a PAS attorney in IOWA. (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

Appeal immediately to the Iowa Court of Appeals. The judge should've been
excuse [sic-note: the term is recused].
File for a change of venue if they reverse & remand. If they don't file for appeal with the Iowa State Supreme
Court, then go to federal level. Go ALL THE WAY!!!! Try talking to Dr. Deidre
Rand, PHD out of Ca....she's big into PAS. NEVER SURRENDER.
