Missing Kids - Father's Plea (part 1 of 2)

My name is Joseph C. [last name removed] and I am looking for my kids...My ex, Allison [last name removed] took them from here in North Dakota 2+ years ago and ran off 2 Arizona since then I have heard from her once explaining to me that she was there... She will not tell me where or how to get ahold of my kids...I have 2 sons with her Joseph Martin [last name removed] and Christian John [last name removed]... I have been trying to find them for 2 years now and have turned up no leads...She has said to me that she was on Daycare assistance ands also going to school...As their father I have every right to know where my children are and to know that they are ok...My youngest Christian has had many medical issues in his 2+ years of life. I did not choose top not be a part of their lives, that right was taken from me...I am so worried and deeply lost without knowing where or how they are...Their is numerous reports in North Dakota and Minnesota of Child Protective services being called on her, she has been reported for Welfare fraud...I am merely seeking the whereabouts for these children...Many law enforcement agencies in the areas we believe she is in have been notified....Again Joseph is currently 3 years old and Christian is 2....They are my heart and sole....I merely ask how we as a nation can enforce child support on a Father but I have to spend thousands on Attornies to simply enforce my parental rights to to be their father...I hurt like everyone does...and just want to see my boys, My Ex does not care as long as she is financially supported...I need help, because law enforcment is doing nothing....Thanks to all who take the time to read this... I think this web site is very good for people who have had injustice in their lives but sadly this article is completly false and an out rage to people who are really going through something. This is Allison [last name removed] and I actually have full custody of these children, their father who posted this has no visitation rights, he has failed to pay his child support and was a distructive force in the children and my life. Now that we are out of this situation he will plead his bad story to anyone who listens. These children are safe and far better off without him. I am sorry to the people who have had things like this happen in their lives but I assure you Joseph [last name removed] is not a victim in this case.  (Last changed: February 26, 2006)

I'm so sorry Joe. I feel your pain as do the other people on this list. My ex (the dad) didn't follow one iota of what the court ordered, but he now has the kids and they are a mess. However, they are older and will soon discover how he used them just to escape child support payments which I might add were higher than what he used to give me to spend for a family of 4.
