HI, I QUITE LIKED YOUR ARTICLE AND IT MADE ME REALISE IM NOT ALONE OUT THERE. I RECENTLY SPLIT WITH MY X AND HAVE AN 8 MONTH BOY. AFTER LIVING WITH HIM FULL TIME FOR THE 1ST 7 MONTHS IT IS HARD TO FORM A NEW LIFE WITHOUT HIM. HER CHOICE TO LEAVE WAS MADE BY A DECISION THAT THERE ARE BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS OUT THERE FOR "HER" SON. SHE WONT EVEN ALLOW ME TO SEE HIM NOW BUT IS HAUNTING ME FOR CHILD SUPPORT. I WOULD NOT MIND PAYING IT IF IN RETURN I GOT TO SEE MY LITTLE BOY. AFTER WATCHING HIM GROW UP FROM A BABY TO A LITTLE BOY HAS MADE ME HAVE A WHOLE NEW PROSPECTIVE ON LIFE. AND NOW IM BACK WITH NOTHING. SHE IS CURRENTLY OUT OF THE STATE AND HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ABOUTS OR/AND WHEN SHE IS COMING BACK. I TEXT HER ON MY MOBILE YESTERDAY AS HE WAS 8 M OLD. NO REPLY. I AM ONLY 19 BUT HAD EXCEPTED MY LIFE AND WAS WILLING TO GIVE IT UP FOR MY CHILD. MY FAMILY AND HERS NEW HOW SPECIAL MY LITTLE BOY WAS TO ME. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW A PERSON GOES FROM SO QUICKLY LOVING SOMEONE TO TURNING AROUND AND KICKING THEM IN THE BACK. I EXCEPT THE BREAKUP BUT SHE NOW WANTS ME TO EXCEPT NOT HAVING A SON.
