i had court ordered therapy between my daughter and i which was going well ..when ex stopped it. he went shopping therapists until he found one who would listen to his lies and the brainwashed lies of my daughter.

WE lost in court because of the same thing. They will get theres some day. Hopefully the children will survive the evil that exhists. On the Helpstoppas website they have a form to send in to get PAS on the DSMV. You should log on. Buy some bumper stickers. Keep fighting.  (Last changed: February 26, 2006 )

I actually asked that CPS get involved in my case to "watch" over my children as they were going to live with a Clinically and Professionaly diagnosed- Bi-Polar w/ Borderline personality disorder, mother. Let no good deed go unpunished applies here. My wife made several allegations against myself towards here and the kids. I went through 2 yes TWO- CPS investigations with the results being unsubstantiated and then unfounded. The CPS Supervisor- got rid of 2 women Caseworkers - because they were toooo young and inexperienced to handle our complex case. I requested counseling for my kids and it was ordered- NOW get this- the CPS Superv. FIRED YES FIRED the Therapist because- "She obviously didn't recognize the problems the children have- they suffer from PTSS NOT "Oppositional Behavior traits" as she said...
